Walton Simons

Walton Simons is Bob Page's right-hand man at Majestic-12, working at FEMA as an important government official. Much like JC and Paul, he is heavily augmented. He features a cold, ruthless and business-like manner.

JC has two firefights with Simons during Deus Ex, once at the mining area in MJ12's Ocean Lab, and the second outside Page's bunker in Area 51, as long as he managed to escape the first. He prefers to use a Plasma Rifle, and the Dragon's Tooth Sword when at close range.

Simons is also a ruthless interrogator. Having interrogated two NSF soldiers held in the UNATCO holding cells, he killed them shortly after JC's return from Hell's Kitchen. He is also responsible for Joseph Manderley's death (if JC doesn't kill him after the failed Hell's Kitchen mission), the plot to seize control of Hong Kong through Maggie Chow and The Triads, and the shipping of the Gray Death virus to New York in the PRCS Wall Cloud, as evidenced by his various holocom messages throughout the game.

He is appointed as the director of FEMA due to blackmail on Bob Page's part.
